Prenatal Guide to Breastfeeding

This course is designed to help you feel informed, prepared, and confident as you approach breastfeeding without information overload or unrealistic expectations. Through clear, evidence-based education and practical guidance, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how breastfeeding works and how to support both your body and your baby in the early days.

By the end of this course, you will:

  • Understand the physiology of breastfeeding and how milk production works

  • Recognize what a functional latch looks and feels like

  • Feel prepared for what to expect in the first days and weeks postpartum

  • Know reliable signs that your baby is feeding effectively and getting enough milk

  • Feel more confident navigating pumping, milk storage, and milk management

  • Have practical tools for addressing common breastfeeding challenges

  • Know when and where to seek additional support if needed

In addition to the video modules, this course includes downloadable PDF resources you can save, print, and reference as questions come up—especially during those early postpartum weeks when it’s hard to remember everything at once. These guides are designed to support you beyond the screen and help you apply what you’ve learned in real life.
