Terms of Agreement for Virtual Prenatal Lactation Consultation

1. Services Provided
By scheduling a 90-minute virtual prenatal lactation consultation with Latched OT, you are engaging in a professional, evidence-based lactation support session. This consultation will cover breastfeeding education, preparation, and personalized guidance tailored to your needs.

2. Payment & Fees
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Fees are non-transferable and apply only to the scheduled session.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable. Rescheduling within this timeframe may be subject to availability and additional fees.

4. Technical Requirements
The consultation will be conducted via a secure virtual platform. You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, a functioning device with audio and video capabilities, and a quiet, private environment for the session.

5. Client Responsibility
You acknowledge that the consultation is for educational and support purposes only and does not replace medical advice from your healthcare provider. Any concerns regarding your health or your baby's health should be directed to your primary care provider or pediatrician.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy
Latched OT respects your privacy. All discussions during the session are confidential. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing lactation support services in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

7. Agreement to Terms
By scheduling and submitting payment for this consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You also confirm that you are voluntarily participating in this consultation and accept the terms of service as stated above.
